Important Notice: ICGEPS organizing committee continues to closely monitor this dynamic situation and will provide updates with any developments. The organizing committee for ICGEPS will host the conference partially virtual for those who cannot attend due to the COVID-19.
Refund: If you need to cancel your paper after it's accepted and registered, you will be charged for 30% registration fee. There will be no refunds for cancellation after the conference.The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
Registration fees: Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, gifts and attending all technical sessions. The registration fee does not include accommodation, visa application fee and transportation fee
